This housing portal is intended to be used exclusively by SJSM current and prospective students,
as well as members of the faculty and administration. Only students who have been accepted
into the program and have reserved their seats will be granted access to the portal.
Why you should use this portal to secure housing:
Pre-screened by the school
All landlords showcasing their property on this portal have been pre-screened by the school.
Standards of quality
All properties have been checked by our Concierge to ensure that certain minimum standards of quality have been met..
Bad properties are removed
Properties that have too many complaints by the students are removed from the portal.
SJSM does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided. All
students and faculty who are considering leasing one of the properties listed in this portal are
required to conduct their own due diligence and ensure the accuracy of all information
provided.

Mrs. Maloney is a St. Vincent native with several years of experience working with students in higher education in roles relating to student assistance. Prior to that, Mrs. Maloney worked for airline agencies and is well-versed in customer service.
